"One of the Anesthesiologists entered incorrect information in my records following a procedure. I have been told that they cannot correct it without proof .. that I have to pay for ... to correct their error!? Not fair! I will not let any of this practice's docs work on me."

"I had my surgery last month and everything was grea.t The providers are wonderful. Saw the reviews about billing but CARE was amazing. Billing is not handled in house, as I had to call them for help with something. They were attentive-as best as a billing company could be. Anesthesia wise. NO worries. Highly recommend."

"I paid my bill in full not realizing that my Ins had also paid it. When I call for a refund they acknowledge i have a credit balance but tell me I have to wait 60 to 90 days for my refund. RIDICULOUS! Also no local number to call"

"If you have to use them for a procedure make sure you ask for a doctor only because they will double bill you for a Doctor and a CRNA. This is their policy even though only one is doing the procedure. Seems a little unethical to me."

"This place has called my landline, 5 TIMES TODAY and left ten min repeating message because the auto system doesn't recognize the voice mail picks up. They keep asking the machine to press 1 to make a payment. Harassment will not get the Bill paid."
