"I just spoke to the receptionist here and let me tell you she was about a hundred times more helpful than the other person I spoke with prior at a different Elliot location (a primary care office). She went out of her way to answer my questions and find solutions for me even though I'm not patient there yet and she was under no obligation to do so. Thank you for making my day a little bit easier!! :) :)"

"Primary sent over a referral so I called to confirm fax was received, had to have it sent multiple times before they received it. Finally told it takes 30 days before someone will call me to set up appointment. Well its been 6 moths and still nothing. How could i trust my care to this facility when this is the way they operate."

"I had a very bad experience with a front desk representative, Carol. She was very welcoming with her personal introduction but adopted a passive aggressive tone for the rest of our phone call. And at the end of the call she abruptly hanged up without courtesy. This office is already infamous for their stubborn and rude front desk representatives so this experience explains the negative things I have heard about. I just hope my experience is not repeated with others."

"I went to Elliot after a TERRIBLE experience with the office staff at Concord GI. I am beyond pleased with my experience at Elliot. The moment I walked in the door the receptionist was friendly, all the staff from the nurses, to the anesthesiologist and the doctor treated me with kindness and respect. In the recovery room, I was cared for by a young lady named Lauren , who is absolutely outstanding!! I highly recommend Elliot GI !! The staff made a terrible procedure more than tolerable. I will absolutely go there for all my procedures."

"Unfortunately my doctor moved to this practice and I have never endured such unprofessional staff that had me escalated to a point of tears. I asked to speak to a nurse about my health concerns and they said no! I asked to reschedule and they were awful and rude. I was ganged up on by their staff and they do not record their calls so they have the ability to talk to you any way they want and their office manager sticks up for them. I have never endured such an unprofessional staff in my 58 years going to a health professional and just so unhappy that my Dr moved to this horrible office I’m in tears! Now the director called and again bias and did not understand what I went through and basically hung up because he could not talk when I’m the one upset. This office conducts themselves in such a unprofessional manner that choosing Elliot Health System might be something you research first. Unfortunately when the director called it still was not pleasant and honestly I believe their solution is to sever the relationship instead of actually realizing their staff was in the wrong. I understand your trying to look like you care and not sure who the author is but I’m looking into other options and in the meantime my very important procedure that is needed does not take precedence in the office."
