"Dangerous Neurology center! Add ignorance, atop of lack of awareness of current information, news, illness'! So dangerous, they'll wait until borderline caretaker need> yet Dr felt slighted by lack of knowledge> so insist I stay with academic Boston group I wanted a 2nd opinion from who works in the field of the particular disease! This only slighted the Eliot Dr! Eliot even scheduled an appt then canceled 4 days B4 and B4 Dr leaves practice so if value health/sanity...Avoid Eliot! Dartmouth up north or Derry not Manch Dartmouth/though cannot see anysort of more reckless/danger Eliot neurology is willing to allow w/o a contious, so Manch Dartmouth at own but sad Drs don't work together!"

"It is really just one bad experience after another everytime I deal with this place. From them never sending my blood test orders (i had even called them from quest and the receptionist on the phone said she would fax them! I waited an hour and it wasnt done) and now my appointment never being rescheduled after multiple calls. Im done. This place is horrible"

"Went to an important doctor appointment yesterday. The parking was great found a spot right up front, granted it was real early in the day (7:30 am) but i avoided needing the parking garage which was conveniently right next door if I did need it. Went up stairs and found the doctors office quickly due to the fact that this building is smaller than most hospitals or centers and good signage. Hospitals can be very difficult to navigate your first day there. (At least for me.) Staff was great and friendly from the front desk to the phlobomist. Needed some blood work done and had the choice of going somewhere else or staying in the network. Chose to stay with The Elliot and they directed me dwn stairs , so I didn't even have to leave the building. I was so happy with both the customer service and convenience it made what could have been a daunting experience so much better!"

"Almost a 5 star but one Doctor I had there took it away. He was from Serbia and moved on from here. Some of the staff seems rather uptight and impersonal. Had an MRI done, no issues. See a senior neurologist there now that is very good though due to that he doesnt have many openings. Never a long wait in the waiting room. Never see many people in the hallways. I don't know how they are still in business by the looks. Easy parking, usually get a spot near the entrance."
