"I have nothing but respect for Dr. Silversmith. However CMC Gastro scheduled me as a new patient with a Provider who was due to leave the Practice. As a result after two procedures I did not receive any results nor follow up. I repeatedly called the office and was told the Nurse would call back which she eventually did but could not answer all my questions. I was told the doctor would call but did not. I was given a follow-up two months from now which is not helpful."

"This office set the expectation I would have my test results in 7-10 business days. Business day 15 absolutely NOTHING! Called on day 8 and was told no results yet. I was pretty much told don't call them they will call me. Business day 14 called again and was told Dr. Fernandez has the results but he hasn't read them yet. Ask when I might get them? Told whenever he gets around to them don't call us well call you when he's ready! Not impressed with this office! I did not set the expectations they did! It would be different if I was at least given a reason for the delay instead of the attitude I am being impatient. When asked why it's taking so long but they just got annoyed with me. How dare I ask for my test results that I was told by them that they would be available last Thursday at the latest. Don't set expectations you can not deliver then wonder why patients go else where. RESPONSE to NH Gastroenterology Saying SORRY and calling Patient liaison is meritless! I called twice there will not be a third call. It's going on a month. I found out Dr. Fernandez has been sitting on the results since April 4th! That is inexcusable and speaks very poorly of that office. I no longer need his services so no call back is necessary. As for speaking to a patient liaison to assure me they will "look into it", all set. I need to know my lab results! I will move on and get my results another way. Our healthcare system in the greater Manchester area has deteriorated so rapidly in this last decade by the two conglomerates (CMC and Solution Health aka Elliot). It's all about profit and nothing to do with patient care! Where our medical records are being exploded to the point where everyone has access to them but the actually patient! Shame on you selling the electronic medical records system to patients as a matter of continuity of care among providers but rather data mining of personal healthcare information for the purpose of profitability and exclusion! NICE!"
"I see the lower rating below and I am Surprised. I personally love my provider at NH Gastroenterology. He was not my original provider. I saw a provider that isn't there any more a couple of times and she seemed unwilling to learn about my rare genetic condition. I was supposed to only have Dr. Muso for my colonscopy and endoscopy and after chatting I really knew he knew somethings about my rare condition and what he didn't know he was happy and willing to learn. So he gladly took me on as his patient. This was pre-covid days. He made sure that if I had any issues he was the one to help me out and told me to make sure his office staff always put me with him and not the PA's because of the complexity I had. It's been several years now that I have been going to this office and it's always a pleasant experience. I have been feeling a lot better and Dr. Muso is always blown away at the progress. We work together as a team to find what best works for me. We try new things and take stuff away if we have to and both bring ideas to the table. As far as people saying that can't get ahold of the office staff, some lines don't pick up.. I have found that as well, but just choose a different option and someone will happily help!"
