"Do not go here. They are not a real urgent care. They bill Harvard Pilgrim as a hospital visit. Go somewhere else unless you want to pay crazy expensive ‘hospital bills’ for your visit. Update: I called Elliott as suggested below and they were not helpful. I say again; Do not go here. Go to Convenient Care."

"For anything planned or unplanned, go elsewhere. Note that anything SolutionHealth owned will be the same, including all Elliot branches and So NH medical. Ultrasound cost $1503. Taks 5-10 minutes and is performed as an outpatient diagnostic. However, just 5 miles away, this same procedure is under $200 (cash), and a broader search shows that this is under $100 at some screening centers using the same CPT code. If your insurance pays for everything, great for you but also bad for you as all of these things catch up. Ever wonder why insurance keeps going up? It's because of places like this that are price-gouging the innocent."

"Worst experience of my life! Took my 14 yo daughter for being lightheaded. The doctor was so awful. He made my daughter cry. ‘He said why didn’t you just go to your primary. I can’t do anything for you here’. In addition he was dictating the visit right next to our room and I could hear everything he said - and it was awful. I’ve never felt so belittled or disrespected in my life. We’ve been patients of the Elliott for years and I’m horrified that they employ a doctor with such horrible bedside manor. Doctor Johnston in the Urgent Care should be avoided at all cost. We literally left and will never be back."

"$1500 out of pocket for an xray! Highly recommend asking for prices first before you agree to their services because the prices are so high that insurance companies will not pay all of it. Can’t get anyone on the phone to figure out if it was a mistake or not."

"This urgent care center is very clean, contact and check-in are very modern, and everything feels up-to-date. Staff is very attentive, friendly, pleasant, respectful & professional, and of course helped me to quickly address my health issues that I have come in for over the years. Overall this has been by far the best Urgent Care facility I have been to, and Elliot have always been able to get me the help and information I've needed for any and all health issues. As far as costs go I can't speak to it, as I've been very fortunate in my life to have very good health coverage through my employers. They have so far been in-network for every insurance provider I have had, whether it be Anthem, Harvard Pilgrim, or United - but your mileage may vary."
