"I don’t even understand how this place is open. Went to Riverbend in Franklin which was great, then moved to Concord expecting Riverbend Concord to be at least beneficial. I’ve been with Riverbend Concord for 2 years and they have not helped me at all. I asked for a therapist when I started with them and still don’t have one. My first case worker, David Lemon, told me therapy was just for people to “bitch about their problems.” My next case worker was fresh out of working at a restaurant with no qualifications for being a case worker. I ended up teaching her things about medicare and dental options while she was unable to help me with anything. My current case worker, Jessica is out of the office most of the time and has missed multiple appointments. I try contacting her to no avail. Then, when I try to address it with her, she denies it and tries to put it on me. She’ll miss an appointment and claim we had made it for another day, or say she has no missed calls from me when I cant get in touch with her. This place exploits people with mental health issues, knowing they are the only agency available in Concord. I have sought help from three other agencies before Riverbend Concord and this place makes them all look like rock stars."

"Riverbend could very easily be 5 stars for mental health treatment...but the programs are inflexible, and the wasteful spending is just astounding. The clients have no alternative, so the staff can be as rude and ineffectual as they'd like. Where is the NH Republican party to examine this place, and provide oversight and accountability?"

"Place is horrible!!!! The staff are really rude. Was treated like a number not a human being . Trying to get myself out of depression and this place made it worse. Just an all round a horrific experience. Steer clear of this place. If you want to be treated like a child then this is the place for you."

"Nobody communicates properly. Constantly being left in the dark. People constantly leaving turnover is insane. Absolutely no stability. This place used to be great It has seriously gone downhill over the last 5 years especially since Covid started. I used to say that greater Manchester mental health was the worst place ever well this place is sure starting to take the cake."
