"Lesson learned. Wait until the redness and swelling goes down before you decide if you like the results. When your brows are healing from the threading it throws off the shape of the brow because pf swelling. Once the swelling and redness go away, you will be able to see the true shape."

"The younger lady who works there needs to quit she is horrendous and does a terrible job… i called today to ask what days the other older lady works and she told me she doesn’t know i can call everyday till i get her working. she ruined my eyebrows and only the other lady will touch my eyebrows… but i don’t see why she can’t just tell me the other ladies schedule… so annoyed. Before this new lady came the older lady used to work there alone and i never had any issues till i let this new lady do my eyebrows one day."

"I received an eyebrow threading and upper lip threading. I look at my eyebrows after and she took a large section out of my arch. I tell her she had made a mistake. She tried to tell me “I came in there like that”. I was very shocked to hear that she could not admit she had done this. I showed her pictures that I had taken that of my eyebrows. Then she goes there’s no manager to do anything. I told her she better find one. I told her I was not paying for this bad service. Her unprofessionalism and sudden amnesia over the whole service was shocking."

"the worst place I have ever been to... the lady who did my threading was so arrogant and no even aware of what she was doing. although I'm getting tears out of pain she didn't even stop and asked me not move while threading. she cut all the skin over my forehead. it's almost 4days still I have those cuts on my face which looks so ugly."

"As soon as I walked in Esha quickly got up and asked me to take a seat. As soon as I took a seat Esha started on my eyebrows. When she was doing my Eyebrows I felt no pain and she was doing it fast. She was also really respectful and kind. When she gave me a mirror to see my eyebrows I got super happy from how good my eyebrows looked. She even offered me aloe to help the redness. I would vote this a 10 and I recommend going here."
