"I had my second facial ever with Stephanie yesterday. She was AMAZING. Her facial massage technique was so skilled, I was blown away. The basic facial uses quality products, hot stones, a cooling eye treatment and an awesome hand/arm massage. Being a massage therapist, I’m pretty picky when it comes to the work someone performs on my hands and let’s just say, I won’t be complaining any time soon. As for the facial, I can only say good things. My skin is visibly clearer today than it was yesterday. Stephanie was able to target ALL of my problem areas and extract everything that needed to come out. I ended up rebooking another session with her!"
"Yes, I'm a guy and went for the first time! Plenty of services to make us more handsome! The shop is bright, clean and relaxing. Stephanie is wonderful, great energy, very informative. She knows her craft well. I highly recommend!"
"All I have to say is that I've followed Stephanie for over 10 years and I am still driving AN HOUR to see her for my skin care and waxing needs. So if that doesn't prove how AMAZING and talented she is, both as an esthetician and a salon owner, I don't know what will. I ask for gift cards for Blush every holiday I can. It's a beautiful, clean, friendly environment with yummy drinks and a huge variety of services. Whether you need a girls day, a root touch up, getting married, or just need a damn break for yourself, Blush will take care of all your needs and more."
"So this is a long one. And I never even had a service with them! Way back in May I went to Blush to buy my mom a gift card for Mother's Day. They seemed very nice and the woman at the counter even took down my mom's name in case she would call to set up an appointment they would know to look out for her. Needless to say, a few months went by and my mom finally tried to make an appointment for a pedicure, and time after time she was never called back. She had wanted to get a pedicure done for her vacation back in July. It never happened. She messaged them via facebook and was told first, that someone would get back to her within the week. (Never did) and then the second time, she was told that they (the salon) had been on vacation and that they were getting construction done so they had been busy. If this was the case, why wasn't it announced publicly via social media? This does frustrate her and she mentions it, and then is apologized to, "this is not how we do business, I am sorry." and is told someone would be getting back to her, and still, no one does. Pretty much another month goes by and my mom goes to talk to them face to face, and is met with some opposition by their customer service, and it the issues was not fixed right then and there, she had to leave the salon before someone called her back to set up an appointment. (Before the call, she wanted the information on the manager to speak with. But the manager is often "really busy" and might not get back to her. Well, okay.) She was able to get her appointment. She said that the pedicure was a good one and her manicurist was really nice. So the pedicure wasn't bad. I also was looking into going to Blush because it's local enough and I wanted to try and get my nails done. I absolutely will not go to this place at all now because of the heartache that went into trying to get my mother an appointment. Another note: I tried just getting a regular manicure there once even before Mother's day, and someone got back to me via text message, and then I never heard back from them after that. And it's kind of awkward, because what do you do? Text them back? Or be too afraid that they would just keep telling you that someone will get back to you. It seems like they are lacking customer service for potential new clients and it seems kind of clicky, which is unfortunate because, how are you going to reach out to new people and let new potential customers in on your business? So, I don't think this is a good place to go if you're absolutely new to them. It also seems like they leave it up to their stylists and manicurists to make their appointments with their clients, and I think that their receptionist should be the one to do that for them."
"This place is amazing! I've know Stephanie Templeton for years so amazingly kind and a great esthetician. She has a great support system with her staff of amazing stylists. I see Ty for my mani needs she does gorgeous nails, and I see Lorelei for my hair needs always so helpful and talented. Truly love this salon!"
