"Fabulegs has taken my money and will not refund me for the items that were lost. It's been over 5 months . She will not respond to the numerous emails that I've sent. I had placed an order for 15 items in April 2023. The package was damaged at the post office and 6 of the items fell out. The post office repackaged what was left and sent me the remaining 9 items. I contacted her immediately and was told that the package was insured so I should file a claim with the post office. I did that and the Post Office informed that the package was not insured-it was sent usps ground select. Fabulegs then instructed me to file a loss mail claim which I did. These were 6 loose items-not a package with my name on it. I had to submit pictures of all the missing items. After a few months, I received a letter from the Post Office stating that the items were "NOT FOUND" and they were "CLOSING" the case. I forwarded this letter to Fabulegs and have yet to receive any response. Any other business would have put their customer first and refunded the money for the missing items. This is very poor customer service."
