"I 10/10 would NEVER recommend this auto sales lot. My fiancé bought a truck from them in April 2022, since then we have had SO many things wrong with it I’d say it’s been driven about 100 times SINCE buying it and it’s a daily driver which is babied. I had in the past written a review about how we had nothing but trouble with the vehicle and even though my name was not on the truck I was prompted to take down my review for my fiancé to receive the mechanical help from WINNERS CIRCLE mechanics and I DID take it down and then got told they were still not going to help us. I have also called them about things not passing inspection at another mechanic shop due to them being out of guidelines such as the tinted tail lights and the tint on the windows as well which was how it was sold to us and inspected through them. There is so much more I could say and go on about, but I am just letting everyone know my opinion and experience has not been professional at all."

"I have to say the new owners are amazing and I support them working to overcome the horrible stigma the dealership name has! I have experienced first hand how completely different they are! I purchased a car from the old owner JJ and a month after leaving with my 2010 Traverse the engine blew. JJ refused to help or take any responsibility at all! He tried to have me voluntarily repo my vehicle which would hurt my credit! I paid monthly on time for a vehicle I could not even drive, until the new owners heard about my situation. Yes it took them a bit and they had my dead vehicle in there parking lot since they purchased the dealership back in November 2021 but they came to my vehicle rescue. They went out of their way working with the banks to get me into a new vehicle! They even paid off the full amount owed on my dead vehicle! Debbie had no obligation at all to take this loss for me and my family but she did and stood behind the vehicle she sold us. We would be honored to recommend our family, friends and others to come give them a chance as new owners of winners circle auto sales."

"Bought a truck from them in February. took 2 weeks to be ready. Which is fine except for the multiple problems that have sprung up. Today our transmission went after my husband called to tell them there was vibration happening. They said they fixed the vibration. We got it back and the vibration was worse. The rear breaks after the last time in shop were shot. This place appears to be on par with White Mountain Auto. We wanted to help out a small business and that appears to be a mistake. We were asked to leave a review the day we bought the truck and I knew in my gut I should wait. We have tried speaking with them and we got the it's a used vehicle what do you expect speech. Unfortunately we will continue to purchase from Benson Auto instead fir our Chevy vehicles where they have qualified techs."
