"My wife and I just completed a purchase of a new vehicle from the team at Nucar Automall in Tilton. I am happy to post that the experience with the team at Nucar was smooth, comfortable and pleasant all around. In dealing with the staff everyone was helpful once we had made up our mind to purchase. I know, as your reading this, saying to yourself "of course they were pleasant once you decided to purchase". In truth the pleasantries started from entering the door. Pricing was straight forward, fair, and as I had already done my homework, too good to pass up. We were able to trade in our old truck(for a fair price I'll add) and drive out with a new vehicle. All that and we were able to make a holiday show that afternoon that we had already had tickets for. If your looking for a great team to work with, great selection, and fair prices, my endorsement goes to Nucar in Tilton"
"The team at Nucar Tilton went above and beyond to get me in a vehicle that fit my needs. They all worked tirelessly over the course of 4 days keeping me in the loop through every obstacle they encountered, from my chosen vehicle not fitting my credit profile to having one that fit get signed away as they were working through the financing before I could sign it for myself. I felt valued as a customer and not just because they were looking for my money because they felt I deserved to get in a vehicle that I wanted, that worked with my profile, and that had the luxuries I was looking for. "My wife purchased a 2019 Honda CR-V about 6 weeks back. When we drove it, we loved it, so we bought it. As we sat down to do the final transaction, they slide over one single duplicated key - no automatic unlock fob or original keys - just a single AAA made key. It bothered us that they tried to just sneak this oddity passed us, so we spoke up. The woman was “shocked” that we asked for original keys and pretended to look around her desk for one, as if one had fallen. She treated us as if asking for a fob, original keys, or more than one key was completely foreign to her. After the key charade - fast forward and she agreed to, in writing, pay for and get us an additional fob to be created if we buy the car. So we got that added in as a sale contingency. So we bought the car- it’s a good car. However, here we are 6 weeks in and the “key guy” the woman put us in contact with no called no showed the original appointment, when we spoke to them about it, they blamed it on confusion, apologized, and told us they would contact us next week to set up an appointment. That was 3 weeks ago. We have called but only got crickets. My wife has reached out to Nucar but they continued to give us the ring around - not calling us back, passing us along to different people or departments, and in general not really helping us get the keys to the car we bought. The keys that were promised and contingent on buying the car. We are still currently fighting to get the key as well as feeling cheated and hopeless that Nucar can just get away with this poor treatment and deception. What can we really do? Yell, scream, sue? We bought a good car but because of the treatment of Nucar, we have stress on our plates as well as had out time stolen away dealing with this situation. It’s just a shame. Again good car but the people at Nucar have not been found to be helpful or honest. Sadly, stereotypical used car salesmen that don’t care at all for you once you sign on that line - no matter what was promised."
"I have never in my life experienced what I went through. I had an appointment to discuss some options. I wanted to trade my vehicle in for something else. The sales man asked me for my car keys which I felt was odd but gave it to him. He looked at my car with me and came back in to run my credit and look at options. The first car he pulled was something I didn't want. I asked for a list of cars and prices so I can see my options all together. I noticed I still didn't have my keys and asked for them back. The salesman disappeared for a few minutes to get me a list. He came back with no list and no keys asking what I would like to look at or if I wanted to do a test drive. I asked again for my keys and he went to "go get them again". At this point I was getting severe anxiety and felt trapped. That's when the manager came out and really tried to push the limit. I asked for my keys for the THIRD time. The sales manager wanted to show me one more car. I agreed on the contingency that I will look at it once I get my keys back. I looked at it briefly and immediately left. I felt like I was being held against my will. I will NEVER come back here. They have shady and unethical ways of doing business. Had my keys been returned to me when I asked THE FIRST TIME, I would have made a purchase. I'm heavily considering reporting them."
"The best car buying experience I have had in my life. Almost no pressure. They genuinely just want to help you find a car that meets what you are looking for. From the moment you walk in the door until the moment you sign the papers they make you feel like family. Jake in sales and Seth in management really make an excellent team. Those guys are so personable and down to earth. They are open and honest guys who are 100% there to help get you what you need. Autoserv was trash so whatever management is doing for Nucar, it's working. I am so impressed with the whole experience and couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. I'll be back for my next whip!"
