"Purchased Ariens Platinum 24 Great Lakes Edition. Brought home only to find would not start? Assumed it was prepped prior to my pick up. Drove 40 minutes back to Tilton to drop off. They found ECM draining battery. Took over 3 weeks to get service completed. On a positive note, Dave is a valuable asset to MB - thanks for all your efforts"
"These guys are a joke. I bought a BX23S for 30K, have less than 30 hours on it, day 1 mower deck had issues, called and complained, they didn't offer to refund or fix it so I did. At about 25 hours on the machine blade spindle came off on the mower so brought it in for service $550, at 30 Hours, broke again $850. I told them it shouldn't have broke with a little over 5 hours on the machine later after the same repair. They blamed the issue on me completely and didn't work to resolve anything. Completely rude and ignorant with no customer care. Would never do business again. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE."
"stopped in twice, first time just to get an idea of pricing on a small tractor; no salesman "available", no one else could look up a price. 2nd time, cash in hand for a used tractor, ask for a salesman, woman at front desk paged for someone from sales, approximately 10 minutes go by and someone yells from across the showroom for me to come to his office. as I'm walking across showroom he takes a personal call, talking about grandkids and building a shed with someone. 15 minutes later, I walk out to the parking lot with no acknowledgment from the woman at the front desk. Spend a few minutes in the lot, nothing. contacted them by e-mail regarding same tractor. It's part of the rental fleet so I asked if they could let me know when available for viewing (i.e. not out on rent). Sales response was to ask if I was interested in it? (duh) Being a rental, I asked if there would be any warranty: crickets. never heard from them again. no follow up. I bought a used Ford tractor from a private party. went to do maintenance. Called MB parts to see if they would have a hydraulic filter in stock. Once they heard "Ford" : nope don't have it. I had a WIX filter part number (not specific to Ford) they wouldn't even take the number to try and cross reference it. Never again."
"Horrible sales guy/team. Drove an hour to get a quote for a tractor and sent photos and info for an appraisal on my trade-in. 4 weeks plus a text and phone call later, I haven't heard back. Maybe he thought I wasn't a serious buyer? All these Kubota dealerships think they're the gods of tractor sales. Well, I offloaded this used Kubota and went with a comparable brand that actually knows how to conduct business. Will never come back here."
"Big thanks and shout out to Brian Brady and the crew at MB Tractor in Tilton, NH. My KX -040 with the BrushHound Defender FX-26 head is awesome! I can't thank you guys enough for all the help before, during, and after the sale. Brian spec'd the machine perfectly! $10K less than another dealer!"
