"I called endocrinology with a serious concern. It was 4:37, they close at 5:00. My first call was answered and I was promptly hung up on. My second call was answered by Debbie. I explained my concern of what was going on with me. Debbie was very loud, talking over me, and not listening to what I was trying to tell her. She kept telling me the same thing over and over again, when it had nothing to do with what I was asking. Obviously Debbie was not in the mood to deal with me. I find it very sad that when you have a serious illness and are trying to get help this is how you are treated."
