"I have managed a dental office for the past 28 years. My ex-husband and I have CBA Blue Dental Insurance through his employer. My ex-husband is a patient in this dental office and has been for the past 28 years as we are on good terms. CBA Blue would not give me any information on his overdue dental claim. We had not received payment in this office for DOS Nov. 2022. I verified my employers Tax ID, Address, Telephone number and they have caller ID. I told them I could verify his whole dental record date for date all I wanted to know was where the check was. I was hung up on twice by "customer service" I was able to get online access and there was another patient on the claim as a bulk check. They informed me the check was never cashed (received) and we were issued a new check. I was on hold over 2 hours1 The worst customer service from a dental insurance I have ever experienced!"

"This is the WORST insurance company I've ever experienced. I have multiple life threatening conditions that my life depends on being able to access my medications. CBA Blue took MONTHS to process the Prior Approvals needed. They never would have even been processed if I had not called and pitched a fit. It was extremely detrimental to my health, and I lost months of progress due to the gaps of months, I couldn't access my meds. Shame on them."
