"We just pulled off the highway, having hit a deer. As we were on the phone with the insurance company and waiting for the tow truck, the employees of the Irving were so very nice and helpful. They came out to see if we were OK, to see if we needed anything, offered us coffee. Gas is gas, but personel of the Irving shop, these employees were solid gold! Thank you!"

"This place is always clean and convenient. One downfall on our way home tonight was they closed the bathrooms 30 minutes before they closed the store so I personally witnessed FIVE random people peeing by the dumpsters, the bathroom building and even by the air machine. Maybe clean it like they usually do but lock it when the store closes."

"The place has gone down hill. The restrooms and parking lot are never cleaned by the employees there any more. The cashiers can be lazily laying all over registers but they can't bring themselves to pick up things even as they walk by it. Maplewoods has always been my favorite place to shop, but i can't be some where even 50% of the time when i feel the OCD side of me kick in. Bathrooms look like homeless people not only bath in there but to get high as well . Finding the items they use to aid them is a big clue. I'm sorry to see it be this low"
