Mind Validation

"Horrible! I reached out to Kirby two weeks prior for a new patient appointment. The day of my appointment arrived and waited 25 minutes outside the office because the doors were locked. I thought it was lunch hour and didn’t mind at first then I became worried because I needed to fill out new patient forms so I emailed and called twice. No answer. Finally she emailed me back 11 minutes during “our appointment” and responded with “My apologies. I greatly apologize but I need to reschedule.” I was really upset because this was NOT professional nor fair to a patient! She didn’t know what happened to her calendar, but how is that the patient’s fault? I understand things happen, however when you’re expecting a patient it’d be nice to keep up with your calendar. She did apologize however that is no excuse for wasting my time. I never write reviews however I thought it was important to write this one because if someone was suicidal and really depending on that appointment and was forgotten or cancelled it could’ve made a situation worse. I will be looking for a new location for sure!"
