"In defense of Ms. Moore from the attack of her apparent former client, Mr. Lipperman, it appears that the latter is in the throes of narcissism and may be projecting his arrogance and “pomposity” onto Ms. Moore unfairly, given my knowledge and appreciation of Ms. Moore and all she has taught me. She will not “validate” bad behavior, but she will validate your feelings and experience. "at every appointment i felt like i was being judged the whole time and she seemed to get upset when i wasn’t expressing my feelings in just the right way for her, which is one of the things i was hoping to work on through therapy (clearly it didn’t work). she’s given some good advice but that doesn’t do anything when her demeanor is pushing me two steps back w my anxiety. if you’re like me and have problems with social anxiety she will probably do more harm than good unfortunately."

"I asked for a phone call to try to give my feedback as a patient. As a health professional you should have ethos to do better. This is not the case for Catherine. She was presumptuous, pompous, and 100% subjective in her opinion (no real analysis). She looks disengaged, and is combative when I tried to share myself with her. She did more harm than good, your mileage may vary, but this is my experience. She does not seem to even disagree when I told her she had invalidated my feelings. I know health care has a staffing shortage, but maybe there was a reason she had no wait period to be admitted."
