Welcome to Capital Art Therapy LLC, located at 85 Manchester Street in Concord, New Hampshire. Our institution is dedicated to helping individuals live healthier and happier lives through the combination of arts and psychotherapy. We offer individual and family psychotherapy services, specializing in art therapy with a trauma-informed approach. Our goal is to create a welcoming and inclusive space for individuals to explore their creativity while addressing various life challenges. Whether you are an experienced artist or a beginner, we have something for everyone.
At Capital Art Therapy LLC, we believe in the power of art therapy to help individuals face fears, address anxiety and depression, increase mindfulness, process grief, and boost self-esteem. Through a combination of creative expression, cognitive behavior therapy, and take-home assignments, our sessions aim to promote healing and personal growth. We offer services for individuals aged 6 and above, as well as family therapy sessions.
In addition to therapy services, we also provide a variety of creative experiences including classes, workshops, and private parties. Our small group events are held at our new location at 85 Manchester Street Suite 1 B in Concord.
