"Look elsewhere for help. The counselors are perfectly fine, but the office and billing management you have to deal with are a nightmare. I encountered one billing error with my insurance months ago which was promptly addressed. Enso has evaded my phone and emails, refuses to respond to my/my insurance company's request to reprocess invoices, and continues to send bills with incorrect information on them but now with late notices attached. This issue is still not resolved and I haven't been able to see my therapist for months because of it. The unprofessional management has meant that I have spent more time fighting with Enso over billing than I have talking to my therapist. Enso has undoubtedly been worse for my mental health than doing nothing at all. If you're reading this, find a better option to get help."

"Yes. Rachel Vaughn. Is very good. But they need more handicap assessable rooms there is a ramp in the back of the building . What’s the parking lot. Is difficult. And even know there’s a Ramp. For people with disabilities And physical disabilities it is very very very very difficult at times takes more time figure out if they can get a room downstairs that is handicap assessableThat takes a lot of extra time that is unnecessary they should have that all figured out before handicap Before the appointment"
