"Let me start by saying that aside from my review of this doctor, Rutland Behavioral Health offers a wonderful, professional service for those who are in need of mental health services. My experience with Dr. Erin Hall was an unpleasant one from the start. She would interrupt me abruptly while answering her questions she asked, and seemed annoyed that I was even there. I brushed this off for months, assuming her cold approach to patients was a part of the job. When going in for an appointment, I requested time off from work for the wrong time and was two hours late. The receptionist, Jennifer, was very kind and offered to see if Dr. Hall could see me right then as she informed me Dr. Hall did not have an appointment booked for that time slot. I received a letter that Dr. Hall instructed Jennifer to give me, that informed me I had missed 4 appointments and would not be receiving services any longer and could not for 6 months. Not only was that not true, but Dr. Hall made the receptionist deliver this news to a patient. There was no warning or notice prior to the letter regarding her policy, and I was not offered any opportunity to speak to her as she did not deliver it herself. Dr. Erin Hall is the most unprofessional, cold hearted health care "professional" I had ever met. She is clearly in this line of work for her salary only, and there should be a level of courtesy, respect and compassion that Dr. Erin Hall lacks in her skill set. Her treatment of me was unethical, embarrassing and unprofessional. If you ever do decide to utilize Rutland Behavioral Health as a need for your healthcare, skip yourself the stress and anxiety this "doctor" will bring you, and request a real professional such as Dr. Ann Baylock."
