Nourishing NH, located at 64 Kearsarge Road in Conway, New Hampshire, is a trauma-informed dietetic practice specializing in supporting individuals struggling with disordered eating. Our team of anti-diet dietitians are dedicated to helping clients heal their relationship with food and body by providing individualized care that focuses on reconnecting to intuition, increasing awareness to somatic cues, and challenging food rules. We also offer support for those with body dissatisfaction, histories of diet cycling, and specialize in Sports Nutrition to help individuals work towards their specific health goals.
