"i hate to be negative as i know they’re always busy, but this is genuinely one of the worst starbucks i’ve ever been to. they CONSTANTLY get my order wrong. and it’s not even a small mistake, they consistently give me something i don’t even ask for every single time. they’re also rude when you ask them to fix it. i’m paying for something, i should get it how i paid for. ridiculous and i’m never going back."

"Got my daughter a dragonfruit refresher I believe it was called & 3 cake pops. 2 "birthday cake" & 1 "cookies & cream". Delicious! I did not try the birthday cake one but the cookies and cream one was for me and it was very yummy. If you don't know what a cake pop is it's basically the shape of a lollipop with cake inside and usually a coating of hard frosting on the outside. The birthday cake one had a hard pink frosting and the inside looked to be of a light color and I'm sure it tasted like a birthday cake ( I didn't taste it). My cookies and cream one had a hard white frosting on the outside, what looked like dark brown powder on top and on the inside was a very moist chocolate cake. It was very yummy! I would definitely buy it again!!"

"Fruit flies in the desert cabinet. I told them there are fruit flies and he said we don't use those they are only for display. That says a lot about their cleanliness and how much they care."

"This place at the moment is run by the gen z crowd they're incredibly slow and im not sure who trained them. As a former partner I saw a number of inconsistencies, and they had run out of peppermint syrup. It's November they should be well stocked for the holiday season. I could go on. Nor the time or energy, the drink was well made but it took 25 minutes to recieve said drink."

"Just left the store and they clearly don't know customer service! The one girl who took our order was so rude! Instead of making our drinks, she started bagging up the trash. The girl at the drive up asked can I help you and I said we are waiting on our drinks. The girl who took our order said so sorry as the the girl at the drive up made our order. The rude one told me where I should stand and I said, I'm okay where I'm at, she proceeded to tell me well you can go ahead and watch us if you want. My husband's coffee was cold and not what we ordered. After we left he feels he was given a cup of coffee that had been sitting on the shelf! Worst Starbucks I have ever been too!!!!!!"
