McDonald's 2287 Brown Avenue, Manchester, NH 03103

"We literally were inside before the lobby closed. We were just finishing our order on the kiosk literally checking out and then this woman told us the lobby is closed and we have to leave??? They also did not tell us that when we walked in they told us after a few minutes of standing and ordering. I said “can we ant least order our food” she said “no” and walked us out??? There were many customers sitting eating already and they were not told to leave???? Even though the door had already been locked. And there were MANY employees they could have just given us the food we ordered and said please leave we are closing the lobby????"

"Awesome customer service! We came in because McDonalds in Methuen made a sandwich wrong and my granddaughter refused to eat it. My plan was to show them the mistake and try to use a free sandwich on the app. They replaced it without any issues or having to use the apple. The gentleman at the counter was super nice! Thank you! My granddaughter now has a smile and a full belly."

"You'd figure waiting in the drive through for 37mins would get you fresh food, but nope. Overly priced fast food made around 6pm right in your bag at 11pm. Good times. Fries were decently fresh though. Not the freshest but decent."

"Normally I am quite pleased with the quality of the food here (although I buy mostly iced coffee) the past couple visits were very disappointing. The common denominator is the young lad who served me at the drive through window. I always order my coffee using the mobile app and usually the person filling the order gets it right. This young gentleman however, did not give me the sugar free vanilla iced coffee that I ordered. Instead, he gave me regular iced coffee with sugar. Upon arriving the next time at the window I noticed it was the same gentleman who got my order wrong the previous time, so I asked him if he had made a sugar free vanilla and he replied that he did...HE DIDN'T! Again I got a regular iced coffee with sugar. The fact that he got the order wrong (twice) and then lied about it when asked, has caused me to take my business elsewhere. Fortunately, there are several in my area, so it won't be much of an inconvenience to me. Please take this complaint as an opportunity to provide some much needed training to your clearly incompetent workers. Dissatisfied Customer."

"I have never seen such a strong level of expertise in fast food! As soon as I entered the restaurant I knew my meal would be delicious. The service was amazing, it took practically one minute for my food to arrive and when it did I was amazed. The fries where soft but crispy. There was neither to much or to little salt. It was slightly crowded but it didn’t affect my experience in a negative way. The food was extremely cheap and totally worth it. I’m in love! Definitely coming back here."
