"3rd times we do To-Go order walk-in at 100 Eddie Road and it takes over 20 min to get our order. Our sandwitches sat 15 min waiting for the drinks so they were cold, and not even toasted. In the mean time, people ordering at register kept flying by us. Clearly priorities are Drive Thu, inside orders and then if you lucky walking To-Go orders are last. If I had not said something we would still be waiting. NEVER AGAIN!!!"
