"I was surprised to read earlier reviews of the DH Radiation Oncology unit that were highly critical of the treatment received there. I cannot speak to their experience, but mine could not have been more different. Although my treatment plan took a bit longer to implement than I might have hoped, once it was initiated, I could not have been more pleased with what is inherently a grueling process. After being greeted by their very cordial receptionist, I would find myself almost immediately called to the treatment area. Once there, my radiation treatments were conducted by a highly professional and personable team (thank you Duke and crew!). While I am certainly glad that the treatments are over, I will miss the caregivers that I had the privilege to get to know."
