"Very poor. Almost 10 hours to load, only by appointment, if you arrive earlier it is by choice. So many lazy people hanging around and not working. You ask and no one answers when they are going to finish loading you. It's a total waste of time. I don't recommend it unless you want to sleep and reset the logbook."
