"Yesterday after work I went in to family dolor to shop for a handicap client and I used coupons. the manager was out of the building on lunch leaving a NEW untrained employee by her self to run the cash register she didn’t no how to use coupons so when the manager came back inside building the new employee asked her to help me but once she mentioned I had coupons she expressed to me in front of a line of mad customers how mad she was that I had coupons! At first she refused to help us as she checked out everyone behind me with there items then once she was finally done she wouldn’t let me use most of the coupons! The coupons had fine print stating the rules of use and she refused to follow them ! This manager took my receipts from me when I asked to return the merchandise and said I can’t return them without a receipt! Very rude. The line in the store was extremely long going down and around the inside of the store. I will never shop here again! Who was this lady"

"I went to go and get balloons with my friend at Family dollar. They said we weren’t allowed to get because we were going to suck the helium out of them and that’s is not what we were even going to do."

"Kind of a hodge podge of day to day items at good discount. Crowded with stuff, you will not be able to see over the aisles. Service typically slow in here but friendly. They usually have what I'm looking for but don't expect top quality stuff. They have it cheap though."
