"Bruce was a NO SHOW. He had agreed well in advance to do the plumbing needed for a kitchen renovation and I had even confirmed the date with him two weeks prior to his appointment. As everything depended on this work being done while the floor was open, the entire project was impacted and delayed. And he never returned any of my calls or pagers when I attempted to reach him after the date. Beware!"
