"We locked ourselves out of our family vehicle a couple of winters back when we were packing for a Christmas vacation. It was about 8:00 in the evening and cold with temperatures near zero, wind chills to minus 20 or better, and blowing snow. The vehicle was running and I can't remember what had happened to the spare key. Anyhow, Tim arrived promptly and worked in the bitter cold, blowing snow, and darkness for at least 15 minutes till he got the door open. I'm sure he could have opened it a lot faster if it had been warmer and daylight. Thanks to Teak's Lock Service we were still able to drive overnight to North Carolina and escape the snow and cold temporarily. Great Service! Would recommend to everyone."
