"Six stars! I wish I could give six stars. We had a broken water line right outside the house and water was pouring into the basement through holes in the cinder block foundation. We turned off the pump and well and thought we'd be without water for days. Josh and Rich squeezed us in, dug down to the broken line, spliced in a new piece, and had us up and running again in less than two hours. Great guys. Super friendly and professional, and they obviously know their business. Can't recommend them highly enough."

"A few years ago Josh assisted me with a shallow well pump install that I could not get to prime by installing a handy valve on the pump. The charge for parts and service was very reasonable. This week I had some problems after our well temporarily dried up and I couldn't get the pump to prime after the well recharged. This time, Josh was able to help me troubleshoot over the phone and our water was back up and running about half an hour later at no cost. I fully expect one day we'll need some real work done over here on our water system and Onion River Well & Spring will be the first place I call when that time comes."
