"We had Green state do all the work on our new house 2 years ago. That work was fine. Per their recommendation, we had them service our heating system at the 2 year mark. It was working perfectly, but supposedly should be cleaned. Their tech turned our perfectly performing system into non working by what ever he introduced into the system. After 2 visits to fix, it still was not functioning. After that, he said he was busy and to call emergency service and he would pay. Further calls went unanswered. After 5 days and multiple calls to other businesses, we got the situation resolved. 5 days of no heat and hot water. While he promised to pay the emergency services fee, he won’t respond to anything I send. I have everything documented. Who leaves people hanging like that? Use them at your own risk."
