"My phone charger port was broken and my phone died. After, buying the same phone again, and 3 days of driving to Verizon, T-Mobile, and Walmart for phone support, my phone was still not working. My only other option was to drive almost 3 1/2 hours to NY or NH to a corporate store for a solution. However, I googled phone repair near me, first, and saw this store in Burlington. I drove the 35 miles to it, with my new (not working/activated phone), and my dead phone that I needed to have turned on for my files/account transfer. The technician in this store fixed my phone with the broken charger in about an hour for a very decent price. I couldn't believe it, 3 days and the others couldn't. I appreciate the promptness and knowledge of the technician. Thanks."
