Aside from being rude and unhelpful when they brought concerns to her, she also messed up multiple aspects of their wedding, from decor, to food, to alcohol, and beyond. Not only that, but she was defensive when these issues were brought to her attention and tried to lay the blame on the wedding guests instead of taking responsibility for her mistakes. Not only did these issues cost thousands of dollars, but they also left a sour aftertaste on what was otherwise a wonderful day."

"We were very pleased with the food at our wedding. One of the benefits of Thymes Table is that there wasn't a set menu and we really could pick things we loved. Our guests raved about the h'dourves and the dinner was delicious. The staff was so friendly and worked hard. Kristen was so helpful with setting up as well."

"Not good for weddings. The serving staff, particularly the bartender, was kind and gracious. I saw many clean plates after dinner. However, the positive comments about Gail's business end there. She had no desire to work within our budget and caused a lot of headaches with our rental coordination. For weeks she treated us like nothing more than a burden and it breaks my heart; we were looking forward to having the very best local caterer at our wedding! Personally, I felt that Gail had a negative attitude from the first meeting to the last, but we kept telling each other if the food is as outstanding as the reviews it will be worth it! Unfortunately it was absolutely not worth the high cost or the tears. My husband and I were not impressed as the paying customers. Gail constantly dropped the ball with our communications. I could deal with her rudeness but I draw the line at her unprofessional business practices, and combined with the subpar food, I would encourage you not to hire Thyme Tables for your wedding. You will be a sad and stressed bride/groom!"
