I have a brother in law who travels to the states so he can stop by to pick up but it doesn’t help if I can’t get in touch with anyone or receive any help to have a pickup time and place set up. Just very sloppily run."
"This use to be a great friendly pick up. Not any more the staff was rude. Very disrespectful. They make you wait outside in the cold and yell at you if you don’t. To worried about there smoke breaks than looking after there clients. Must be under new management. I will no longer use there service due to there lack of customer service and the way the treat there customers. Remember if it wasn’t for the customer you wouldn’t have a business. You should invest in people skills."
"My buddy recommended this place and I'm glad he did. It is hard to get them on the phone but they respond to emails almost immediately. I had a radiator shipped here. I was concerned because it was coming on a skid. (Yes it was overkill because you could pick it up with one hand but that's how the company sent it) they actually have a loading dock to accommodate large deliveries. The couple that were running the place (I think they might own it) are super nice."
