"They never deliver a package. Always say they can't. Every other carrier never has a problem. They just won't get out of their truck and walk 5 feet."
"This would also be zero stars if it were possible. The postmaster wasted my time and her own sustaining a feedback loop of negativity for minutes on the phone. I sought clarification on an important delivery for a very ill member of my household. She hung up on me for restating my question in a different way when her response didn’t provide the details needed to answer my question. She likes to argue so much that when I called back and told her why it was important to know, she berated me. I wouldn’t normally waste my time reviewing a post office known to be disfunctional by everyone who uses it. However, responding to an inquiry of health-related importance with hostility by the responsible adult in charge, should be grounds for termination. If not, she should quit now so someone, anyone, new can be trained to take the lead role."
"Is the post office perfect? No and no one nor any business can claim to be. Our mail is delivered as promptly as it can with respect. I have had to pick up a few packages at the post office but it was an understandable reason. We are on a major road and I can’t complain that my driveway is long and hilly, which may be a reason some people don’t receive there packages/mail. The post office has a long history of reliable delivery. These days it’s getting harder with more packages and less personnel. Every time I have gone to the post office, I have been treated kindly, promptly, and with respect. I appreciate the postal employees for there hard work and dedication. It’s not an easy job. When a business starts to go downhill you must look at the head management. Look at twitter under a Musk management. We can’t change the top ranks but we can appreciate and respect the bottom ranks. They are the ones out in the crazy weather delivering all the crazy stuff we bought online. So please, give the postal workers a break. They may make mistakes, but they are human and will try hard to make things right. I hope they all get raises and more staff to keep on going. Hinesburg post office, you all deserve a huge thumbs up and a warm thank you!"
"Sorry, no stars actually but I couldn't post this with out giving them at least one star! Unbelievable! Worst Post Office I have ever experienced. I thought they are supposed to deliver mail and now packages since they are contracted by UPS. I get slips in my mail box that say my driveway was not plowed. Plowed of what...there was no snow. Today and yesterday I kept getting messages that a delivery attempt was made. Lies... there was no attempt made... I call the post master to complain but get nothing but excuses...so frustrating. They couldn't care less. They get paid regardless. So, since no other attempt will ever be made. Post master said that was not their policy. I said well if you will not try again then how about extending your hours so people and swing by after work to pick all the undelivered item up. Nope...that is also not USPS's policy. She said I will have to go on my day off to pick them up. I wonder how many other residence are going to be lined up out the door doing the same thing on Saturday. Their only open until noon! Our government should really get out of the mail and shipping business! Our tax dollars would be better spent elsewhere."
"If I could give this post office zero stars I would. At least once a week I have to waste my time redelivering mail that somehow ended up in my mailbox to the rightful recipients. Received a book I ordered that was completely destroyed from being left out in the rain before it reached my mailbox. They falsely mark mail as "delivered" although it has not been. They are lying about "attempted delivery" and make you go to the post office and pick your mail because sometimes they just don't want to be bothered. Worst thing about it is - there's nothing to be done. They're untouchable."
