"Hired a company that had sales reps in BJ's warehouse. Said local HVAC company had no mention, and was not noted on contract that I signed that they're partnering with installations made easy. I paid the local HVAC company via a check in full. Two weeks later installations made easy billed me near $6,000 without having authorized to do so. I had not provided or given them any information, or told they're in any form apart of the sale. By the time I was informed of the company via my own research into where the charges came from- I get no call in return and or explanation and or refund upon calling them. No apology and or information of where and how they drafted almost $6,000 illegally from me. Beware of Big Box stores selling Home Improvements- as this company may be involved and bill you thousands of dollars that you've already paid to your local contractor."

"Had floor installed Feb 2018 which after work done the company called and said they would send someone to do a final inspection. No one ever showed for an inspection, but everything looked okay. Just over a year later the flooring started to show signs of separation at multiple locations throughout the home. Contacted Installation Made Easy who is affiliated w/ The Home Service Store and they said they do not perform repairs and because its over a year the warranty is void. Can't believe they are skilled to install, but not to repair their own botched work. Do not do business w/ this company."

"The Home Service Store doesn't understand what service means, particularly customer service. I've been fighting with them for 6 months now on a bad install and we still haven't gotten anywhere. Their sub contracted installers disputes every finding from the now two inspection reports and the manufacturer and tells me one thing when he is my home to my face but when he reports to HSS the story changes. Trying to get a call back from a manager now for over a week. I've also been passed around their customer service department multiple times, I think I am on my 3rd or 4th agent that is "handling my case" though I am not sure what exactly they are handling since nothing is getting done. Terrible company. FYI, I found out that you pay a 17% premium going through them, that is supposedly since they are there to help when installation issues arise. That's right, 17% of what you pay goes to HSS, the rest to the sub contractor, and they don't even honor the supposed warranty."
