"Great mechanic, amazing customer service! Highly recommend C Brown Auto in Rutland, Vt. We broke down just outside Woodstock heading to Killington at 4 pm on Friday afternoon. Every place told us no go, closing for the weekend. We called Chris Brown and he was super accommodating. When AAA said it would be 3 hours to tow the car to him, Chris towed the car himself. He repaired the car for a very reasonable price and had it ready for us the next morning, Saturday at 9 am. He even washed the car for us! So great! Thank you, Chris."

We were stranded on a Friday night on our way up to Stowe, minutes away from completely losing a tire, and we were so lucky to end up at C. Brown Automotive. Chris came to help get us on our way for the weekend AND offered to fix it more thoroughly on our return trip, once he was able to get the parts. "If I could give 6 stars, I would! Chris was an absolute life saver. Was driving up to Stowe from NYC with some friends when my car started acting up. All the other mechanics in the area were closed because it was a Friday night, and Chris went out of his way to come and help us even though it was late. He was able to solve our problem enough that we could keep driving that night to get to Stowe on time, and he said I could come back on our way back to NYC for a proper fix. He was helpful, efficient, and reliable! Couldn’t recommend him more!"

"Chris was our absolute hero tonight. He drove an hour out to meet us and fix our tire, which appeared to be about 5 seconds from falling off (studs for reference). We were on our way up to Stowe for a weekend away and he saved us from losing an entire day with our friends.
