"Jim at Jared’s in Concord, NH was more helpful than I could have expected. I brought my engagement ring to Jared’s on a whim, because it had been resized at a different jeweler and the band had cracked. The previous jeweler had done a very poor job, and I had not realized it until speaking with Jim. Jim was gentle yet professional, and very knowledgeable about engagement rings, and the process of which we were about to embark on. Jim inspected my ring and taught me more in that one meeting than I knew about my ring in the time that I had it. Jim called me a few days later to inform me that they would need to keep my ring longer to repair it properly. Jim was so apologetic, even though none of this was his fault or the fault of the company. When I picked up my ring, it looked brand new - I was in absolute shock. I cannot thank Jim and the Jared’s team for helping me through this nightmare."
