"This was our third trip here, and we love it a bit more each time. There are some negative opinions about this store that just aren't true. Karen behind the counter was open and friendly, offered help and advice, but not pushy at all. My wife had some questions and Karen took lots of time to explain and even performed a hands on activity with her. You can easily see that she loves her work, and is quite knowledgeable. We will definitely be back."
