"Terrible customer service! Will not be buying anything from here again! I have bought Pandora rings from here before and have enjoyed coming into the store from time to time when in the area. However, I recently purchased a Pandora ring here about a month and a half ago. A few weeks into owning it, it broke and I just found the time to go in and see what they could do about it. When I got in, I kindly explained the situation saying that I had bought it a month and a half ago and that it broke a few weeks later, I was wearing a lacrosse shirt and the first thing the lady asked me was if I had been wearing it while playing sports. I told her no, and she asked if I had been doing anything out of the ordinary. I told her no again and that I had been wearing it and one day looked down and saw that it was broken. She looked at my shirt and again said, “well, you play lacrosse, so were you wearing it while playing?” Again I said no I had taken the ring off as you aren’t allowed to play with it on. She then went over to opening the drawer and told me to go to a jeweler to fix it!(I had purchased this at a discount so I understand that it may be more expensive to replace but I still bought it and it broke) I had bought the ring here and she didn’t even consider replacing it, it has literally been a month and a half since purchasing! I would expect a replacement if you sell me a product that should last quite a long time and is supposed to be good quality. Very disappointed and will not be shopping here again."

"I can not say enough amazing things about this little gem of a shop. I walked in in search of a gift for my sister, and from the moment I was greeted until the moment I left, I felt as though I was shopping with friends. The owners were so helpful, they really LISTENED to what I was looking for, offered sale items, stayed within my budget, and chatted with me about so many different topics I felt as though I could stay for hours. The store is clean and comfortable, everything is clearly chosen by hand, I could go on all day. If you are not shopping here, you are shopping wrong."

"What a pleasant surprise to discover this fabulous boutique in Milford, NH. I was traveling from Vermont and stopped for a break. I wandered into this store was was very surprised to find a terrific selection of gifts, jewelry, clothing, accessories and funny cards!! The ladies there helped me chose a wedding gift, and I even purchased a stunning wrap to wear to the wedding. I have stopped back several times whenever I am in the area. Customer service with a smile is what it's all about!!"
