"This morning we woke to the smell of something overheating. It was 6:45 in the morning.We checked the whole house and found that the draft inducer motor had overheated. We had had Skovron service our heating system earlier last year performing an over needed preventative maintenance check. I called the phone number and got the answering machine so I left a brief message of my need. Within 15 minutes, Keith called me back to follow up what we needed. He assured me that he would be able to come out this morning after getting the rest of his service people set. My wife and I had to be in Concord first thing so we confirmed with Keith that someone would be home to meet him. I was contacted by a family member by 10:30 the heat was fixed. I didn't expect that to be the situation as I was not scheduled. We have had the service team here for an issue with our hot water heating system also with the same quality care. The office team is always quick to respond to calls and the service team with Keith is what I consider the BEST!"

He allowed me to watch the diagnosis process over his shoulder in order to better my understanding of exactly what was happening, and what needed to be done.
