"Bought a car from Duke at Drowne's, he promised my son a 30 day warranty 3 times during their pre-sale conversation. 8 days from the sale, the car breaks down. We towed the car back to Drowen's to have repaired. They had the car 5 days. During a call to check on the car, Duke said it was fixed. Duke insisted that there was no warranty. Told him to pay $400 to fix, after he did the work. He never gave an estimate for repairs prior to doing work. I highly recommend not dealing with this business. He is extremely unethical. Guys like him give automotive dealers a bad name. My son learned a lesson about what not to do when dealing with sleazy salesmen like Duke. So we will chalk this on us as a $400 lesson and anyone who reads this, can save time and aggravation by shopping somewhere else. This was a Facebook market place ad...he is lucky to even earn one star. The mechanic was very nice. I feel bad the mechanic works for a shister like Duke."
