"I am very grateful for the promptness in this company for our need for a new water heater unexpectedly. However, as a first time home owner, there is no manual on questions to ask at what time when it comes to these kinds of expenses. I had questions, yes after the fact, BUT it did NOT excuse the arguing, the talking over, and threatening to call the cops of the lady I spoke with about finances. I was appalled by the customer service that was given. There is NO excuse for a company to talk like this to a customer. "A no frills plumber that does the job right. I've tried several plumbers before using Lachance Plumbing and they all acted like Kings. Lachance has been responsive, professional, and their prices are reasonable. They explain to me what they plan to do and why. "I just wanted to say that I've been a repeat customer with Lachance for decades, and this review is long overdue. I had them out to install our gas supplied, forced hot water heating system, they also did a complete job for our irrigation system hookup, another job was our water deduct meter. Every two years, I have them come out to do routine maintenance on our furnace. They have also come out to address some leaky toilet tank issues. Why do I keep calling them? Well, I feel like I am treated like family when I call them. Their rates are reasonable. They are on time and the employees are amazingly courteous and professional. I would like to mention by name, Al, Dan, Dominic and the young lady who answers the phone; I'm sorry I didn't get your name! Thank you Lachance Plumbing and Heating!"
