"New to the area and went there at the recommendation of my friend who had been pleased with their work. Suzy at the counter was very friendly. Then I got the estimate for the work needed and lost all faith. The prices seemed way out of line (I'm originally from NY and these prices were very high) but the final straw was being told that my front wiper blades needed to be replaced (for a ridiculous amount). I had just replaced them 2 days before bringing the car in. When I questioned the mechanic about the front blades he told me he had made a mistake and was "in the zone". I brought the car to the dealer and EVERY single service quoted was significantly less expensive at the dealer."
