"I had a plumbing issue and Tom Miller responded in less than an hour, although the issue was with a radon system he helped trouble shoot and solve the problem, called and came back to check to make sure it worked later in the day! I would not take my HVAC or other plumbing needs to anyone else! Great service, nice people, knowledgeable, local, and responsive!"
"We had a flooding emergency, and not knowing a local plumber I called CA Miller on the recommendation of a friend. They moved other jobs around to help us, and they did a great job not only fixing our issue, but making sure it couldn't happen again. I can't thank them enough for their quick response, and reasonable charges!"
"BEEN RELYING ON MILLER for 12 years for just about everything including deep well pumps and they are as reliable and thorough as you can get. Very cheerful staff and fair priced."
"Absolutely excellent and professional work. Amazing customer service and flexibility. They installed four faucets and one dishwasher for us. Fixed our dual head shower and everything now runs like a dream."
"I was very disappointed with my one experience with Clayton Miller. We had developed three incredibly small problems in our home, like a lever needed to be replaced, as well as a new regular exterior faucet placed in, and some things I could almost do, who knows next to nothing about engineering. When the man arrived, he seemed to be half sleep-walking through the whole process, and his manners were barely acceptable... I had not slept much the night before, so about a half hour in, I decided to go to bed. (My Mom was still around to assist.) When I awoke, I was surprised to learn that the company man sent had stayed at our house for roughly 2 hours, and had even called in help. He didn't know how to turn off the main water, fantastically. So, with the high hourly rate charge of this company, the bill was over 200$. Really almost shocking. The third and last issue was a stuffed sink. All three should easily been fixed in under an hour, with labor being the only main charge, as the two parts were inconsequential. When I went to bed, I had concerns along this line, that events might play out as they did. I called, and then mailed a letter, protesting, but never got a satisfactory response, other than a lady curtly suggesting at one point that 'I use another plumber.' I would have ranked this company at 1 star, as this was a disgraceful performance from a number of facets, yet it was a small job, and my experience with them is therefore limited to it."
