Mark came right out to help my 89-year old mother and 65-year old autistic brother and me with our furnace RIGHT AWAY, even in busy mid-October, and even though he has other customers who also need him. Mark said it could be fixed and so he did that for them a.s.a.p. and affordably. (The other company before him said we needed a whole new furnace @ $17K - Mark said it had good parts and just needed some parts replaced). He's good at communicating throughout the process, too.
