"I wasted half a day today because of this place! I drove an hour to exchange one of my 20 pound CO2 tanks. I got there around 10am (they open at 7:30) and there was a sign on the door that said they were closed and would return at 4:00pm but all the lights were on inside and the door was locked. As I was leaving an Airgas tractor trailer was pulling out from the back of the lot so I stopped my car, pulled back in and tried calling them a few times only to get their fax machine. There were people in there, but they decided to close the shop and ignore the phone in the middle of business hours. I had to drive another hour in the opposite direction up to Rutland to exchange my tank. The grand total wasted from my day today was 5 hours due to an unprofessionally run business. NEVER AGAIN. I will drive further next time regardless of how much longer it takes. Covid is over, time to get back to work!"
