"I am giving Cumberland Farms 2 stars because they have only one employee by the name, I believe it is spelled Alexei that cleans the entire store, makes food, keeps coffee brewed, keeps everything stocked, if there are huge lines he gets on register and helps cash everyone out, has excellent customer service and is very respectful. He is the only employee that goes above and beyond for customer service and keeping everything in order. The other employees are extremely rude and disrespectful, lazy and stand around talking. Not sure why mangers and corporate is allowing this."

"I love cumbys! The quick stop for anything. Food, snacks, drinks, coffee, etc. They do keep it stocked and are on top of the coffee station."

"I asked for a pretzel. The associate refused because she was by herself and there was a line. I offered to wait, since I was pumping gas anyways. She still refused. Ridiculous, they have nothing prepared and she refused business, despite me offering to wait until the line was done for it because “Ryan” is on break. This was second time I was in today and third time for the weekend. The associate (different one each time) is always alone. Management should do better!"

"The only downside is that it can be busy and the Verizon service sucks so I sometimes can’t get my app to work to buy gas. But otherwise a lovely gas station with the pumps lined up well for fueling a truck and a boat at the same time."

"Came here new years weekend, then again a few weeks later. The staff remembered me and my friends from when we ordered way too many delicious chicken tenders after a long ski weekend. Amazing staff, and great food! Definitely ask them what is good before you order, they won't hesitate to make their recommendations. After Mt. Snow, going back home, I will stop no where else for food and gas."
