"I was back in Rutland from Florida for a friends wedding and Ron really bailed me out. I had gotten a frame and needed a little metal insert engraved to personalize the wedding date. Got there, opened the box, no metal insert. Ron fabricated a small metal disk to fit into the spot and then engraved it. He did all of this within about 16 hours, AND he did it very inexpensively for me. I had shopped there previously (a decade or so ago) for a custom engraved necklace which was also an awesome experience and that's what brought me back. Everyone in there is super friendly and helpful. Top notch spot in downtown. Highly recommended! Thanks again, Ron!"
