"I met with Brent on a Friday morning who gave me a fair quote on the spot and by Wednesday of the next week, we had 4 heat pumps installed. Brent and Paul were exceptionally professional, honest, courteous and knowledgeable at what needed to be accomplished. They made recommendations and worked tirelessly to finish our job on time due to our prior commitments. There was one minor issue due to a manufacturing issue with one of the units that was quickly resolved since Coleman Plumbing & Heating keeps a hearty inventory of replacement parts and supplies. We have been more than pleased with their work and the units installed. We would HIGHLY Recommend without hesitation their services. Very grateful to have found Brent and Paul!"
"The time between initial visit/deposit for installation of a mini split heat pump was thirteen days. The work was done in a professional and clean manner, and I am very satisfied with the operation of the unit and the cool environment in my house that I now enjoy. Will be installing a second unit next spring to further reduce dependence on oil for heat. Thank you Brent and Paul for a stress free experience at a reasonable price (income based rebate from Efficiency Vermont will reduce the cost by nearly 25%, as well as the "Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit" on Federal Income Tax."
"Installed heatpump unit at very high price but did very poor quality work, wrapped Lineset with a piece of foam packaging instead of individually wrapped lines with actual insulation, wiring was run next to sharp objects and fire hazards And just horrible expensive work"
